| If you are happy with the house, you can arrange to discuss your suitability for the Fast Property “turning renters into owners” program. You may do this after the inspection or at your convenience. |
If you wish to purchase the property, an application fee will need to be paid, and an “Option to Purchase Agreement” will be sent to you. You will need to complete the agreement and return it to Fast Property. |
Once the completed “Option to Purchase Agreement” and payment is received, you will be notified that the home has been secured as yours. Fast Property will then advise you when you can move in.
